SPA's students, faculty, and alumni/ae are among the most exceptional in the country. Its curriculum and culture are a testament to the ideals of a strong liberal arts education.
But no school can thrive by resting on its laurels, and we recognize that SPA’s current physical plant is no longer an adequate home for this dynamic institution. The time has come to create the spaces that will fully support the extraordinary teaching and learning that happens every day at SPA. This is the vision that is at the heart of Building Futures: The Campaign for St. Paul Academy and Summit School.
Tricia and Jeremy Hedberg are the parents of three current SPA students in the Classes of '20, '23, '28. With children in all three divisions, they have a wide-ranging perspective on the SPA experience—a perspective that was the reasoning behind to the school’s Building Futures campaign.
The Community Phase of The Building Futures: The Campaign for the Upper School was announced in October 2019 at the Upper School Grand Opening party.
Each spring, an event is held for members of the Leadership Giving Society—donors who make gifts of $2,500 or more to the Annual Fund—to recognize the leadership role they play in ensuring the strength and future of St. Paul Academy and Summit School.
