STUDENT BODY DIVERSITY

At the heart of St. Paul Academy and Summit School’s diversity work is the belief that an educational community is at its best when it includes and values all voices, perspectives, and experiences. At SPA, maintaining an inclusive, multicultural environment is inherent to our mission and evident in our community: in 2019-20, 33% of children enrolled at SPA are students of color. Our faculty and staff also represent a broad range of diverse identities with regard to race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation.

TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID

Tuition for the 2019-20 school year, which includes lunch and activities fee, is below. SPA awards over $3 million yearly in financial aid to our families. In 2019-20, 23% of our students received an award. The average grant covers 55% of tuition.

FACULTY

Our well-trained and experienced faculty is the backbone of the school and the fundamental component of our exceptional academic program. A sabbatical program and endowed funds for curriculum and faculty development support ongoing professional enrichment and growth for SPA teachers.

COLLEGE COUNSELING

Under the guidance of three full-time professional college counselors, SPA students identify personal talents and interests and discover a range of colleges that match and engage those interests. 100% of SPA alumni/ae attend college, many at the most selective institutions in the country.
