On Wednesday, June 11 nine SPA track and field athletes competed at the State Track and Field Meet at STMA. The Spartans had an extraordinary afternoon, clocking personal best finishes, and two Spartans finished first in three events, claiming the title of State Champions. Elizabeth Tuttle '26 finished first in both the 100m and 300m hurdles and Oliver Thompson '25 finished first in the 400m.
Other state participants were:
- Boys 4x400: Langston Thompson, Oliver Thompson, Roman Hozalski, Nico Martin
- Girls 4x800: Lucy Byrnes, Sophie Kannapiran, Maren Overgaard, Paloma Good
- 400m Dash: Langston Thompson
- 800m Dash: Paloma Good and Sophie Kannapiran
