Congratulations to The Rubicon online, SPA's online student news site, which has been named a 2024 Distinguished Site by School Newspapers Online (SNO)!
The SNO Distinguished Sites recognition program awards badges for each of the standards they have identified as necessary for an online publication to excel. The six badges publications a site can earn focus on areas of: continuous coverage, site excellence, story page design, excellence in writing, multimedia, and audience engagement. If a site earns all six badges, it is recognized as an "SNO Distinguished Site" for the calendar year. This is RubicOnline's ninth straight year earning the top level of excellence in websites.
