Baseball

Spartan Baseball received the #11 seed in Section 4AA and fell to the #6 seed, St. Croix Lutheran Academy, in the opening round. | Bracket


Boys' Golf

Will Fenlon ‘25Ethan Peltier ‘25, and Quentin Sentz ‘27 advanced to day 2 of Section 4AA competition after shooting 84, 82, and 82 on opening day. Day 2 scores were 82 for Sentz, 85 for Peltier, and 88 for Fenlon.


Girls' Golf

Alyda Overgaard '28 and Peony Steele '27 advanced to day 2 of Section 4AA competition after shooting 92 and 84 on opening day. Day 2 scores were 96 for Overgaard and 92 for Steele.


Boys' Lacrosse



TrIMAC Lacrosse received the #8 seed in Section 3A and fell 13-12 to the #9 seed, Eagan, in the opening round. | Bracket


Girls' Lacrosse

Girls' Lacrosse received the #9 seed in Section 3A and fell in overtime, 16-15, to the #8 seed, St. Paul/Two Rivers Ducks, in the opening round. | Bracket


Softball



Spartan Softball received the #8 seed in Section 4AAA and fell to the #1 seed, Cretin-Derham Hall, in the opening round. In the elimination bracket, the team fell 18-17 to St. Paul Johnson/Como. | Bracket


Boys' Tennis



The Spartan boys’ tennis team beat South St. Paul and Academy of Holy Angels 7-0 in the first two rounds of Section 4A competition. On Monday, May 19, they defeated MPA 7-0 to capture the Section 4A Title for the fifth year in a row. In individual competition, our doubles pairs Jacob Colton ‘25/Ben Macedo ‘25 and Allan Wang ‘26/Isaak Senaratna ‘27 and singles player Winston Arvidson ‘28 also qualified for the Class A Individual State Tournament. State competition will begin on June 3!


Track & Field

In the track & field section prelim meet on Thursday, May 29, several Spartans moved on to qualify for the section final meet on Saturday, May 31, and the State meet in June. Events are listed below:

  • Elizabeth Tuttle '26 (state qualifier): 100m and 300m hurdles
  • Oliver Thompson '25 and Langston Thompson '27 (state qualifiers): 400m
  • Clare Ryan Bradley '26 and Roman Hozalski '27: 200m
  • Paloma Good '27, Maren Overgaard '26, and Sophie Kannapiran '28: 800m 
  • Good, Kannapiran, Overgaard, and Ryan Bradley: 4x400 relay
  • Hozalski, L. Thompson, Isaac Broderius '27, and Nico Martin '27: 4x400 relay
