At the beginning of December, Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) announced the 2025 Crown Award Finalists, and we are proud to congratulate "Be BOLD" the 2024 Iris: Art + Lit magazine led by Editors in Chief Eliza Farley '24 and Hadley Dobish '25.
The Crown Awards honor top student publications chosen from CSPA’s members and are the highest recognition given to a student print or digital medium for overall excellence. Overall, Iris: Art + Lit is one of 28 high school magazine finalists and one of two finalists from Minnesota. The magazine included 2D and 3D art, music, photography, and video produced in Upper School Fine Arts and fiction and nonfiction produced in Upper School English and Publications courses, in addition to student-submitted creative work.
Crown Finalists are winners, not nominees. Some finalists will be announced as Gold Crowns; the rest are Silver Crowns. Final results will be announced and presented at the CSPA ceremonies in March 2025.
