Dr. Jill Romans is the Assistant Head of School, and works closely with the Head of School, the principals, and academic and administrative leadership in support of the academic, co-curricular, and student life programming in all three divisions. Email Jill.

Minnie Lee is the Upper School Principal and oversees the faculty, curriculum, and co-curricular activities for students in Grades 9-12, and works closely with the Upper School Deans Tom Anderson and Stacy Tepp. Learn more about the Upper School or email Minnie.

Dr. Naomi Taylor is the Director of Intercultural Life. Naomi oversees K-12 academic and co-curricular programming and policies related to diversity, inclusion, and access.  Learn more about SPA's diversity work or email Naomi.

Ami Berger is the Director of Communications and oversees the school's marketing, publications, and internal communications programs. Ami serves as the school's spokesperson and handles all media inquiries.

Garry Clum is the Director of Information Technology and manages the school's technology infrastructure.

Christie Jansen is the Director of Finance, and oversees the school's budgeting and finances.

John Cole is the Director of Operations and Security, overseeing the physical plant and safety and security programs on both campuses.
