Save the Date! "How to Be an Antiracist" book club: On Saturday, February 29 from 9-11 a.m., the Office of Intercultural Life in partnership with the M/US Parent Association will host a book club on "How to Be an Antiracist" by Ibram X. Kendi. The book was chosen based on response to parent input from the Intercultural Life event this fall and we will be using the Courageous Conversations About Race protocol to engage in fruitful, cross-cultural conversations. Learn more about the book by listening to a recent Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) interview featuring Kerri Miller and author Ibram X. Kendi. The book club conversation will be hosted on the Randolph Campus and will feature a community breakfast and opportunity to engage in dialogue with a shared affinity space. All parents and Upper School students are invited to read the book and join us for the discussion. No childcare will be available. Watch for more information and a formal invitation soon. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Naomi Taylor, Director of Intercultural Life.
