Equity Lab: Antibias Educator Training

Save the date for Equity LAB 2025:
June 16-18, 2025

Conference information and registration coming soon!
Hosted by St. Paul Academy and Summit School in St. Paul, Minn., The Equity Lab is an intensive annual immersion in addressing and disrupting systems of oppression in our schools. Designed primarily for K-12 educators who are looking for action plans to further conversations about racial equity in their institutions, the Equity Lab is also appropriate for individuals in higher education, nonprofits, and other organizations with an authentic commitment to recognizing and undoing historic racial injustices.

Presented by America & Moore and The Privilege Institute,
and hosted by St. Paul Academy and Summit School.

Now in its second year, the Equity Lab is an annual conference that provides teachers, school administrators, and diversity practitioners with a framework for deep conversations about racism, antiracism work, white supremacy, and the hierarchies and biases that dehumanize people. Conference sessions are a "deep dive" into the many facets of this work in our schools and workplaces; participants also spend time creating individual action plans to bring back to their institutions and organizations.

The current moment calls for a profound understanding of these issues and how they affect our schools and workplaces. Participants should be prepared for an authentic examination of their organizations’ and their own biases, and to leave the conference with an even deeper commitment to exposing and dismantling the systems perpetuated by these biases.
