The world language department at St. Paul Academy is committed to preparing students for their roles as skilled and thoughtful citizens and leaders in an interdependent and constantly changing world. As part of this commitment, we offer students in each of our language options the opportunity to experience world cultures and languages through travel and exchange programs.
The World Language Department offers students the opportunity to take part in biennial exchange programs with partner schools abroad. The programs are reciprocal exchanges, during which students host an exchange partner in the fall and travel to visit him/her the following spring. The exchanges are designed primarily for students in grades 11 and 12 who are in a third level language course or above. Between the four programs, slight variations occur in regard to age and grade level requirements and travel dates.
